How does prescription transfer work?
It's simple. When you join, you tell us your current pharmacy name and phone number. Our team handles the transfer directly — we contact them, request your prescription records, and get everything set up. You don't need to make any calls or fill out any forms.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept all major commercial insurance plans, Medicare Part D, and Indiana Medicaid. Your copay is the same as any other pharmacy. If you're unsure about your specific plan, join the waitlist and we'll confirm your coverage before launch.
What areas do you deliver to?
We cover all of Fort Wayne and surrounding communities within roughly 14 miles of our hub — including Downtown, Waynedale, Aboite, Georgetown, New Haven, Leo-Cedarville, and Huntertown. If you're unsure whether your address qualifies, enter it during signup and we'll let you know.
